Hi,

I have seen the previous post about the recruitment for Novice and Intermediate Testers. I will confirm the date with Jason and post it up later.

When the testers are confirmed, please note these few things
I'll give a few case scenarios in case some of you don't understand:

1. No bias treatment towards any player.
Let's call the person who wants to undergo the recruitment Wanton.

Wanton scored a score of 499, 999 for the song Night. No matter how hard he/she begs, he did NOT pass the recruitment. Even if he/she is your friend, let them try again. It doesn't hurt to try again right?

If any tester do give any leeway, necessary action will be taken.

2. No name-calling.
I don't believe in name-calling. Would you like others to insult you too?

Let's say Wanton called you a noob as you did not pass the requirements whatsoever because you didn't played half the game. Please don't react and start calling him a noob. Just calmly call anyone of us (the leaders and the discipline committee.) and we will come and try to settle the problem.

If we aren't online or you can't reach us:

Settle the matter without using any vulgarities. And if that person continue to persist. Record his name down and send it to the leaders or the discipline committee.

3. Remember to take a screenshot of their scores.
When someone passes the requirements take a Screenshot of their scores when the score page comes out. (The page which as the number of cools, greats, perfects a player achieved during the game play)

If that person agrees to be in Fade, send the screenshot of that particular person to me at tranquility--@hotmail.com.

If I don't receive any screenshot and a player claims that he has passed the recruitment, the leaders will have to look into the case.

If the tester is at fault, you will be given a warning. If you get more than three warnings, you will be kicked out of the tester committee.





If any rules are to be violated and you've received enough warnings, you will be blacklisted.

Remember, only people from the testing committee are able to do recruitment. If anyone else is found recruiting without permission, look out (:

Open Recruitment will start immediately after the tester committee is formed.

Don't use any members of Fade as your backup if you are in a fight without their consent. It's your problem. Solve it.

Do not kick people out of a room unnecessarily. Be polite and ask them to leave.

Be nice to your fellow Fade members. Please don't isolate anyone out.

Don't hold a FAM Battle without any permission from the leadership board.

Try not to use vulgarities. It doesn't make your image look better.
